  1. Daily sunblock with an SPF 30 on your face, neck, ears, upper chest and hands. My two favorites MD Forte Aftercare and Alyria Lotion (both sold in my office and you do not need to be a patient to purchase)
  2. Daily topical antioxidants on your face, neck, ears, upper chest and hands. My three favorites are Prevage MD (not for sensitive skin), Revaleskin (for sensitive skin), and Vivite Daily Serum. Also in my office/online.
  3. Night creams or Serums same areas of application. My three favorites are TNS Serum (combo/oily skin) (which smells awful and works great) TNS Dermal Repair (combo-dry skin) and Vivite night cream. Also in my office/online.
  4. Keep your weight under control by proper diet, decrease your sugar intake and increase aerobic exercise to four times a week for 45 minutes to one hour! Walking, running just keep it moving!!
  5. Botox 4.7 million women and men (myself included) can't be wrong!! It leaves you looking more rested and less tense. Must be done by a board certified derm or plastics!!!!
  6. Chemical peels once every 2-3 months. The gentle exfoliation is essential as we get older. Glycolic acids, salicylic acid and stronger are all great. Make sure the doctor has experience with peels.
  7. Fillers these plump up the lines in your face. Favorites are Juvederm, Restylane, Perlane, Sculptra and Radiesse. We build cheekbones, fill out under eye hollows, plump lips (a little), restructure noses, earlobes, fill out bony hands as well as take care of the lines parentheses between your nose and mouth.
  8. Fraxel is a great new laser. Aids in resurfacing the skin with only two days of downtime. Helps with sun damage, acne scarring, dark patches, freckles and wrinkles.
  9. Leg veins we use sclerotherapy and inject with glycerin to resolve these annoying spider veins on the legs, you do bruise and it takes four to six or more treatments.
  10. Selfish time, you can always tell women who take no time for themselves! Bath time, spa time, plan a vacation without children, highlight your hair just be sure to pamper yourself it's critical for your skin and your overall health!
