Botox involves injecting areas such as frown lines on the forehead or lines at the corners of the eyes (crow’s feet) to restore a more youthful appearance. Botox is composed of a protein called botulinum toxin A, which relaxes the muscles that cause lines and wrinkles on the face. This protein prevents the muscles from contracting; reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

Topical local anesthetic is applied to the treatment area before the procedure to ensure the utmost comfort. After a treatment session that takes less than an hour, we encourage patients to stay upright for 6 hours. Botox results begin to show within 3 to 4 days and can take up to a 14 days for full results to appear. Botox can be paired with one of our dermal fillers that can address lip augmentation or volume restoration in the cheeks.
